Job Summary

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Loan Servicing Representative. Responsibilities

- Support a variety of loan servicing activities, including reviewing loan disbursement requests, processing transactions, preparing loan-related documentation, and completing routine servicing tasks.
- Review, research, and process loan servicing transactions while following established procedures and quality standards.
- Respond to customer and business partner inquiries by phone and email, providing timely support for loan servicing requests and questions.




- Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day processes and escalate complex issues to experienced team members when appropriate.
- Work closely with internal teams, customers, vendors, and title companies to support loan servicing operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Receive guidance from supervisors, follow established procedures, and build knowledge of loan servicing processes and requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Basic understanding of loan servicing processes, transactions, or customer support activities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, process, and maintain records.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, and business partners.

Desired Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
