ROLE OVERVIEW : We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst with 3+ years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or corporate finance. You will work closely with the leadership team on client mandates: preparing investor materials, conducting financial analysis and supporting deal execution from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS

CA,



CFA (Level II/III preferred), or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
3+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, equity research or corporate finance.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with databases such as Capitaline, Tracxn, Venture Intelligence or similar is a plus.

Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), taxation basics and regulatory frameworks relevant to transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly.
