Roles and Responsibilities
- Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and internal database.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Conduct interviews with selected candidates and coordinate offer generation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in BFSI industry or similar field.
- Robust understanding of HR coordination, interview coordination, interview scheduling, mass mailing, salary negotiations, screening, shortlisting, sourcing profiles talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement during entire recruitment cycle.
- Age must be between 22 to 30 years old.
- CTC offered is 2 to 5 lpa.
