Job Summary

Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to support critical loan servicing operations within our organization. In this role, you will help deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused servicing solutions while ensuring adherence to established operational controls and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day Loan Servicing processes by completing moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer service activities.
- Review, research, calculate, prepare, and submit moderately complex mortgage claims accurately and within established timelines.
- Research and respond to written and telephone inquiries from customers, title companies, vendors, and internal partners regarding loans and Loan Servicing processes.
- Apply relevant information and established guidelines to make sound decisions when reviewing and filing claims.




- Ensure work complies with applicable federal and state requirements and with client and company policies, procedures, and controls.
- Identify process or service improvement opportunities within Loan Servicing and recommend practical solutions.
- Receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors and escalate non-routine or complex matters to more experienced team members.

Required Qualifications

- 1+ year of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in mortgage servicing processes, loan documentation, and servicing transactions

Desired Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
