Job Description: Purchase & Sourcing Assistant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Purchase Assistant to manage the procurement of raw materials, equipment spares, and utilities for our RMC operations. You will be responsible for vendor coordination, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory cycles to ensure continuous plant production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure raw materials such as cement, fine/coarse aggregates, sand, and chemical admixtures.
- Coordinate with local logistics vendors and transit mixer fleets for timely delivery.
- Create Purchase Orders (POs), follow up on delivery timelines, and verify material receipts against invoices.
- Maintain updated vendor databases and negotiate competitive pricing for local materials.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or Diploma in Material Management is a plus).
- Experience: 13 years in procurement, preferably within Construction, Cement, RMC, or Infrastructure sectors.
