URGENT HIRING - AREA SALES MANAGER CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT.

Hiring for a Leading Construction Equipment Company.

We are looking for agile and result-oriented Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive sales growth across multiple Construction Equipment Business Units.

Location: Pan India
Experience: 10 to 12 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mandatory

CTC: 15 - 25 L

Business Units / Product Segments:

- Excavators & Compactors
- Cranes & Piling Rigs
- Aerial Work Platforms (AWP)
- Wide Body Trucks
- Mining Equipment
- Commercial Vehicles
- Electric Equipment

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Develop new markets and expand territory coverage.
Manage dealers, channel partners, contractors, and key customers.
Conduct product demonstrations, customer meets, and retail marketing activities.
Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Monitor competitor activities,



pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with service, finance, and supply chain teams.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports.

Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in construction equipment / capital equipment sales.
Proven track record in target achievement and market development.
Excellent dealer management, negotiation, and closing skills.
Willingness to learn and work across multiple Business Units.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
