Job description

Core requirements • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with practical exposure to sprint planning, prioritisation, backlogs, standups or delivery cadences. • Hands-on experience with Jira or a similar project/work-management platform. • Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Client Success Manager or a closely related role. • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to speak confidently with founders, senior clients and internal teams. • Ability to listen to a business requirement and convert it into structured tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies and follow-ups. • Client-facing or client-servicing experience, including managing expectations and keeping conversations constructive. • Commercial instinct - comfortable identifying additional requirements, preparing a pitch and helping expand the relationship. • Prior experience managing or coordinating a team and holding people accountable to deliverables. • High attention to detail and solid follow-through.



This person should naturally notice when something is missing, delayed or unclear. • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple leads, clients and internal stakeholders at the same time. Strong advantages, but not mandatory • Experience in a digital marketing, technology, e-commerce or creative agency. • Understanding of performance marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, SEO, CRM or retention marketing. • Experience creating proposals, scopes of work, presentations or commercial documentation. • Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership. • Formal Scrum Master / Agile certification.
