Purchase Manager Faade Industry

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of faade materials, including aluminium sections, glass, ACP sheets, hardware, structural steel, and accessories.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive prices and favorable payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with project, design, site execution, accounts, and stores teams to understand material requirements.
- Monitor material availability, lead times, quality, and procurement schedules.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure materials comply with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and procurement reports.




- Handle urgent site requirements and resolve material supply issues.
- Manage inventory planning and prevent material shortages or excess stock.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant engineering discipline; supply chain qualifications are an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in the faade, aluminium, glazing, ACP cladding, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of faade materials, vendors, pricing, and procurement processes.
- Proven negotiation, vendor management, cost-control, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, purchase documentation, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
- Location: Hyderabad, Gachibowli.
