Responsibilities

- Lead Mainframe application support, development, and modernization initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Mainframe developers and support engineers.
- Drive technical design, code reviews, and architecture discussions for Mainframe applications.
- Oversee production support activities, batch processing, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Ensure application stability, performance, availability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead release management, deployment planning, and change management activities.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Support modernization efforts involving APIs, cloud integration, and DevOps practices.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, DBA, Middleware, and Operations teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
