Role & responsibilities

Retail Store Accountant

- Daily sales, cash and bank entries in Tally Prime; day-end cash, card/UPI and EDC reconciliation
- GST-compliant invoicing, credit notes and inter-branch stock transfers
- Stock reconciliation, Samsung scheme/claim tracking and daily MIS to HQ

HQ / Senior Accountant

- Complete books of accounts in Tally Prime for a multi-branch business (retail + IT/B2B)
- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation; TDS deduction and returns
- Vendor and customer ledgers, bank reconciliation, inter-branch accounting, payment runs
- Monthly closing, audit support, finalisation and MIS to management

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com
- 3+ years for retail store role; 5+ years in for HQ role
- Solid in Tally Prime, GST and MS Excel
- Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur preferred
