We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective buyers, explain our real estate projects and coordinate site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Call recent leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Share project details, plot availability, pricing and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team for visits and further discussions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM or lead tracker.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Work towards daily calling and monthly site-visit targets.
- Submit daily reports on calls, follow-ups and visits scheduled.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Polite telephone manner, convincing skills and consistent follow-up.
- Previous telecalling or real estate experience preferred; confident freshers may apply.
