Role:
- Ensure smooth operation of press shop production activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality standards and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report findings to management.
Education
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.
Experience
4 to 8 years in Press Shop / Stamping / Sheet Metal operations, preferably automotive.
Key Skills
Press Shop Operations, Sheet Metal Stamping, Die & Tool Knowledge, Production Planning, OEE, Quality Control, 5S, Kaizen, Problem Solving and Team Coordination.
