Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline HR administrative processes The role will focus on enhancing the efficiency of HR functions that include, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Payroll support.

Job Roles:

Onboarding & Induction • Oversee employee life cycle events, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, scheduling orientations, and facilitating smooth integration. • Prepare and manage employment documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and separation agreements. • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements.

Payroll and Benefits Administration: • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.



• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, resolving any issues promptly.

Employee Relations : • Communication: Improving communication between employees and management • Conflict resolution: Resolving conflicts that arise in the workplace • Policies and practices: Establishing policies and practices that promote fairness, respect, and open dialogue • Transparency: Ensuring the relationship between an organization and its people is managed through transparent practices

Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR-related technology. • Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
