Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure.
- Manage software distribution, application deployment, and operating system deployment.
- Perform monthly patch management and security updates for endpoints.
- Create, deploy, and monitor software packages and task sequences.
- Manage endpoint compliance, inventory, and reporting.
- Integrate and support SCCM with Microsoft Intune for co-management.
- Troubleshoot client installation, deployment, and patching issues.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell.
- Monitor SCCM health and ensure high availability of services.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain endpoint standards.
