Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer - Senior Consultant to independently own complex feature development across the full application stack. The role involves collaborating with architects and engineering leaders to design solutions, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing hands-on technical development with client-facing interactions, including requirement discussions, sprint reviews, and solution demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable frontend and backend components aligned to application architecture.
- Own end-to-end delivery of modules and features, including design, development, testing, and deployment support.
- Participate in solution design discussions, low-level design reviews, and code reviews.
- Mentor and support junior team members in resolving technical challenges and improving code quality.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, sprint reviews, and solution demos.
- Contribute to reusable components, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular, including component architecture, responsive design,



and state management (Redux/NgRx).
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python, or Golang.
- Experience in REST API development, middleware design, and microservices-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD tools, and Docker.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and indexing strategies.
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP standards, and OAuth 2.0/JWT authentication.
- Valuable communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development, code reviews, and test generation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering large-scale production applications end-to-end.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers.
- Familiarity with Microservices, Micro-Frontend Architecture, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or ECS.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data pipeline development is an added advantage.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Cloud or relevant technology certifications preferred.
