Position: Operations Intern

Location: Attibele Warehouse, Bangalore

Duration: 3-6 months

About the Role: We are looking for an Operations Intern to support a strategic project within our North Hub Operations team. The intern will work closely with the operations team to support warehouse automation project, including analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the team in project-related analysis and execution.
- Work with stakeholders across hub operations to understand existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with data collection, analysis and documentation.
- Support implementation and tracking of project initiatives.
- Prepare regular updates and presentations on project progress and key findings.

Requirements





- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to PUMA hubs for 1-2 weeks as required.

Note: This is a project-based internship involving hands-on exposure to hub operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
