Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from planning and design coordination through fabrication, erection, and final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in steel structures, project execution, cost control, resource management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, manage, and execute PEB projects within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

* Oversee project activities, including design coordination, procurement, fabrication, transportation, and site erection.

* Coordinate with structural design, detailing, production, procurement, and site execution teams.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

* Manage project budgets, cost estimates, resource allocation, and cost control.

* Review structural drawings, fabrication drawings, erection plans, and project specifications.

* Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

* Coordinate with clients,



consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

* Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

* Monitor material availability, workforce productivity, and subcontractor performance.

* Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.

* Ensure proper documentation, billing, measurement, and final project handover.

* Required Skills

* Solid knowledge of PEB systems, steel structures, and construction project management.

* Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

* Understanding of structural drawings, fabrication processes, and erection methodologies.

* Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is preferred.

* Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

* Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
