Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on professional to design, develop, launch, and manage our e-commerce website, ensuring consistent brand experience, reliable store operations, and an effective shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build responsive website pages, navigation, banners, and landing pages; customize themes and implement designs on the selected e-commerce platform.
- Manage website content, product listings, pricing, inventory updates, categories, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Configure and maintain plugins, payment, shipping, and inventory integrations; test cart, checkout, and customer account functionality.
- Maintain updates, backups, and access controls; troubleshoot issues and improve website speed, mobile usability, and basic SEO.
- Monitor traffic and conversions, recommend improvements, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical partners, including specialist support for complex development.





Requirements:

- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing websites on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or a similar platform.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, theme customization, basic JavaScript, and tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce operations, analytics, SEO, and troubleshooting, with solid ownership and attention to detail.
- A portfolio of e-commerce websites personally designed and developed.

Preferred Skills:

- Website Development & Management, Bulk catalogue management, inventory integrations, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and abandoned-cart workflows.

Success Measures:

- Timely website launch, updates, and campaign delivery.
- Accurate product listings and reliable cart, checkout, and payment functionality.
- Consistent design across devices and improvements in speed, engagement, and conversions.
- Prompt issue resolution and clear performance reporting.
