Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related HR queries.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and payroll inputs.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related MIS.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.




- Assist management with HR-related decisions and workforce planning.
- Promote a positive and qualified workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading HR functions and initiatives aligned with business goals across Oil & Gas, Defense, and Aerospace verticals. The role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management, ensuring HR practices support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth in highly regulated and technical environments.
