Project Manager (O&M;)
Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall maintenance of the project, will coordinate with the sub-contractors at site and ensure periodic / Major maintenance of the project as per the specification of the Concession Agreement.
- Supervise and monitor the progress and quality of the work at site which shall adhere to the specification of NHAI.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the project site and also ensure that the site remains free from any encroachment.
- Liaise with the officers of the NHAI, Independent Engineer appointed by the NHAI, and other agencies so appointed by the NHAI for supervising the works at site to ensure that the works are completed to their full satisfaction.
- Liaise with the state and central government agencies as well as the local groups to ensure that concessionaire's brand reputation is enhanced & maintained.




- Responsible for all matters related to the project and will undertake timely survey of the project stretch on regular basis and in case of any abnormal situation at site to take appropriate measures in consultation with NHAI to avoid any unforeseen events.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations (such as HSE standards), monitor site conditions, and ensure full compliance with labor laws, insurance, and concession agreement mandates.
- Attend and represent the company in all meetings called by the State Government nodal agencies and NHAI for review of the progress of work and for removal of bottlenecks, if any.
- Responsible for all acts of commission/ omission at site for effective and trouble-free operation of the site.
