Roles and Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with project team, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the site team.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and work progress reviews.
- Monitor and ensure HSE compliance for the project team.
- Plan and execute corrective, preventive, and PPM activities.
- Identify, prepare, and close snags/punch points within the required timeline.
- Supervise and monitor electrical and mechanical installation works.
- Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate material requirements, availability, and site requirements with the concerned team.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection reports, checklists, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients/PMC for inspection, approvals, testing, and handover.
- Monitor project schedule, manpower, and daily work progress.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
- Report project issues, delays, and technical requirements to the management.
- Ensure proper Tools, PPE, and protected working practices at site.
