Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in software engineering, SQL Server, software architecture, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Contribute to technical design, software architecture, and technology roadmaps.
- Follow coding standards, design principles, and software engineering best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and development efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and security requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java and related Java technologies.




- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, temporary tables, indexes, and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and anti-patterns.
- Thorough knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and performance optimization.
- Experience with software architecture and design concepts, including SOA, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and microservices.
- Robust understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in financial software applications and knowledge of financial industry fundamentals.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, serverless architectures, and modern data storage solutions.
- Experience with React.js is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
