Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates located in the United States for various IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US talent market, recruitment portals, employment types, work authorization, and end-to-end US IT staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the United States.
- Source and recruit candidates who are currently residing in the US for various IT requirements.
- Recruit for technical roles such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, Python Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and other IT professionals.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other US recruitment platforms.
- Use Boolean search techniques, resume databases, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, location, availability, and job suitability.
- Verify candidate work authorization status, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and visa holders, as relevant to the position.
- Understand and work with US staffing models, including W2, C2C, and 1099, where applicable.
- Coordinate with account managers, delivery teams, and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation based on client budgets and candidate expectations.




- Submit qualified candidates within agreed timelines and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage offers, and follow up until successful placement and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly performance reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting candidates located in the United States.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, technologies, and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other US job portals.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories and employment arrangements.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US business hours.

Preferred Experience

- Experience recruiting for US staffing companies, direct clients, and implementation partners.
- Experience working on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Strong understanding of US IT compensation, bill rates, pay rates, and candidate availability.
- Experience maintaining ATS records and recruitment performance reports.
