Role & responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day plant operations including loading, unloading, production and packaging activities.
- Operate and monitor production processes as per defined safety and operational procedures.
- Supervise manpower and ensure smooth execution of production and material-handling activities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety standards and coordination within the plant area.
- Support the team in achieving production targets and timely completion of assigned activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in plant operations and production activities.
- Hands-on experience in loading, unloading, production and packaging operations.
- Candidates with experience in agrochemical,



chemical or mineral bulk manufacturing will be preferred.
- Should have the ability to handle manpower and manage day-to-day plant activities effectively.
- Candidates from Ankleshwar, Bharuch and nearby locations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
