We are seeking an analytical HR Generalist to oversee HR data integrity, HRIS management, and payroll administration. You will ensure flawless data tracking and zero-error payroll cycles while supporting core employee lifecycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Data Management: Maintain employee records in the HRIS, audit data for accuracy, and generate recurring workforce reports (turnover, headcount, metrics).
- Payroll Execution: Own end-to-end payroll processing, calculate variable pay (bonuses, overtime), and manage leave tracking and deductions.
- Advantages Administration: Handle health and pension plan enrollments, terminations, and monthly invoice reconciliations.
- HR Operations: Support employee onboarding/offboarding, draft contracts, and act as the first point of contact for payroll and data inquiries.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on data management and payroll execution.
- Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience using a core HRIS platform.
- Attributes: High attention to numerical detail, strict confidentiality, and knowledge of employment and payroll compliance.
