Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven candidate to support our events and webinars by acquiring paid delegates, speakers, paid award nominations. The role requires strong communication, research, database management and convincing skills to ensure successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquire paid delegates and speakers for assigned events and webinars through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Generate award nominations and coordinate with nominees for assigned events.
3. Identify, approach, and coordinate with jury members, chief guests, and industry leaders.
4. Conduct outreach to corporates, brands, startups, and professionals to maximize event participation.
5. Research and build high-quality databases from paid and unpaid sources, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

6. Maintain and update event databases with accurate participant information.
7. Share complete post-event databases (delegates, speakers, jury members, sponsors, etc.) within the specified timelines.

Work closely with event owners to understand audience requirements and source relevant profiles.
9. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely confirmations.
10. Achieve monthly outreach, conversion, and participation targets.

Required Skills

1. Candidate should be presentable with excellent verbal and written english communication skills.
2. Strong telephone etiquette and email communication.
3. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/database management.
4. Solid research, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with ability to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. 0-2 years of experience in outreach, lead generation, event coordination or business development roles.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
