Key Responsibilities

- Understand the product and its services defined for various stakeholders.
- Take complete responsibility for various promotion campaigns, both online (social and print).
- Strategise campaigns on various platforms
- Monitor the performance of the campaigns, social awareness, and their impact.
- Review, monitor, and take necessary measures for performance and targeting of the right audience
- Assist with concepts, infographics, content, and emails that could be shared on various platforms accordingly.
- Coordinate with various other departments for assistance with research, graphics, etc.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests




- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Preferably should have a certification course in social media/internet marketing/MBA or postgraduate in any discipline with 3 - 4 years of experience in internet marketing/social media management
- Positive communication & presentation skills
- Experience with Google AdWords / Analytics / PPC / ORM / SMO SEO and other related tools
- Experience in proofreading/editing content
- Can manage PR campaigns on social media/news channels, etc., towards brand building
- Has experience in website analysis, improvement, etc.

Location - Okhla Phase 3 New Delhi

Salary- upto 50000/- per month
