About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to support the operational execution of influencer marketing activities. The role will primarily involve influencer onboarding, documentation, invoice verification, payment coordination, tracking, and MIS, while working closely with influencers, agencies, Finance, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end operational process for influencer onboarding, including collecting and verifying required information and documents.
- Maintain and update influencer databases, trackers, and onboarding records.
- Coordinate with influencers/agencies to ensure timely submission of invoices, deliverables, and required documentation.
- Verify invoices against agreed commercials, deliverables, and campaign details before processing.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for influencer payment processing and resolve payment-related queries.
- Track pending invoices, payments, deliverables, and approvals and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain regular MIS reports and trackers for influencer onboarding, campaigns, invoices, and payments.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational discrepancies and follow up on pending actions.
- Support the team in maintaining proper documentation and process compliance for influencer campaigns.
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities related to influencer campaigns and brand marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing a degree in BBA, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data and trackers.
- Good attention to detail, particularly while handling invoices, payments, and documentation.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior internship experience in Marketing Operations, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce Operations, Finance Operations, or similar roles will be an advantage.
