Protech Biosystem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced HR qualified with expertise in Performance Appraisal, Performance Management System (PMS), and KRA/KPI Management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the performance appraisal process and PMS.
- Prepare, review, and analyze departmental KRAs and KPIs.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, documentation, and employee records.
- Manage joining formalities, probation, and confirmation.
- Maintain leave records and manage employee attendance.
- Coordinate Full & Final Settlement (F&F;).




- Track employee performance and coordinate periodic reviews.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of PMS, performance appraisal, and KRA/KPI analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Experience in HR operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
