Role Description
The Monitoring and Testing Analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end Control Monitoring and Testing (M&T;) activities across assigned Front Line Units (FLUs) and business functions. This role ensures that internal controls are robustly designed, operating effectively, and aligned with enterprise risk management policies, regulatory expectations, and standard testing playbooks.
The analyst will conduct Control Design Assessments (CDA), design manual and automated Operating Effectiveness Monitoring/Testing (OEM/OET) tools, perform rigorous test execution, review exceptions, and deliver high-impact insights to key stakeholders.

- Location: Anywhere in Mumbai , Bangalore, Gurgaon, HYD, Chennai or Pune
- Preferred Notice Period: Not exceeding 30 days
