Senior Relationship Manager Construction Finance Company: Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager Construction Finance to drive business growth through direct sales and relationship management with builders, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the real estate and construction ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in Construction Finance, Housing Finance, or Real Estate Finance, with a strong network and proven ability to acquire and manage clients.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of experience in Direct Sales / Relationship Management.





• Prior experience in Construction Finance / Project Finance / Real Estate Finance will be preferred.

• Candidates from NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, Banks, or Financial Services with relevant sales experience can be considered.

• Solid experience in builder/developer acquisition and relationship management.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Strong market knowledge and established local network within the real estate/construction segment.
