=> Must know the hardcore retail details like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM etc.
=> Smart, energetic & dynamic with positive communication skills.
=> Must be ready to go to Leskart Academy_Gurgaon for 18 days of official training.
