We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Manager (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and supporting day-to-day HR activities. Candidates with experience in the IT industry will be preferred.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR lifecycle, from recruitment to Full & Final (F&F;) settlement .

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Handle joining, onboarding, documentation & employee lifecycle
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination & HR operations
- Handle employee engagement, grievance handling & performance-related activities
- Manage HR policies, compliance & employee records
- Handle exit formalities, notice period, clearance & Full & Final (F&F;) process




- Coordinate with management and team leads on HR-related matters
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies

Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR experience , preferably in the IT/Software industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Experience handling the complete employee lifecycle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage HR activities
