Key responsibilities

- Partnership with Project Manager: Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure the construction project is progressing as planned. Youll be helping to monitor and guide the project’s daily operations.
- Materials and Equipment: Make sure that necessary materials and equipment are sourced from reliable suppliers, ensuring no delays in construction due to shortages.
- Labor Management: Oversee the hiring process for both skilled and unskilled workers. This includes evaluating skill sets, ensuring labourers are appropriately assigned tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Work Scheduling and Task Assignment: Develop a daily work schedule for the construction team,



assign specific tasks to workers, and ensure the work is completed as per the outlined plans.
- Timely Completion: Ensure the project is completed on time by maintaining an efficient workflow, solving any delays quickly, and managing resources effectively.
