Role & responsibilities
1) M&T; Strategy Implementation & Book of Work Management
2) Control Design Assessment (CDA) & Quality Control (QC)
3) M&T; Tool Design, Scripting & Automation Feasibility
4) OEM & OET Execution & Quality Control
5) Exception Management & Stakeholder Communication
6)Subject Matter Expertise & Continuous Improvement
Preferred candidate profile
- Education (minimum): Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Methodology Knowledge: In-depth understanding of control frameworks (e.g., COSO, SOX, operational risk controls), Control Design Assessments (CDA), and Operating Effectiveness Testing (OET/OEM).
- Communication Skills: Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex control issues clearly to stakeholders and coverage teams.
