Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day maintenance of high-rise residential towers, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and common-area works
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Supervise lifts, DG sets, pumps, STP/WTP, and fire-fighting systems
- Coordinate with service vendors and monitor AMC contracts, vendor performance, work quality, and billing
- Resolve resident complaints promptly and maintain service-level standards
- Maintain log sheets, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and asset records
- Maintain local purchase bills and material inward and usage details
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance across the property

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 3-6+ years of experience in high-rise residential maintenance
- Hands-on knowledge of MEP systems, lifts, pumps, and fire safety
- Experience managing AMC vendors, housekeeping, and technician teams
- Valuable communication skills and a resident-friendly approach
- Working knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting
- Ability to handle emergencies and work flexible shifts if required
