• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using the Appian platform.

• Lead solution design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable

Appian solutions.

• Build complex process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, records, integrations,

and reports.

• Knowledge of Appian AI skill is must

• Design AI-enabled workflows for document extraction, email processing, contract

analysis, and business process automation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver

digital transformation initiatives.

• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce Appian best practices.

• Support production deployments, performance tuning, and application governance.

• Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable frameworks, and innovation initiatives.
