Role & responsibilities

Web UI & Graphic Design:

- Design contemporary, responsive, mobile-first website layouts, landing pages, and UI sections in Figma or Adobe XD.
- Create high-converting marketing creatives, hero banners, and promotional graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Improve user experience (UX) across the site to optimize conversion rates and minimize bounce rates.

CMS Implementation & Page Building:

- Build, publish, and update pages using WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, or visual builders) or modern CMS platforms (Webflow/Shopify).
- Customize frontend styling using clean HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript without breaking theme structures.
- Ensure consistent layout formatting, font hierarchy, and color palettes across all desktop, tablet, and mobile views.

Website Maintenance & Operations:

- Oversee routine website hygiene: manage regular backups, monitor uptime, and execute staging-to-production updates for themes and plugins.
- Audit and optimize page speed, asset compression, and Core Web Vitals via Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Maintain technical hygiene: fix broken links (404s), resolve redirect loops, and ensure SSL certificate validity.

Tracking, Tools & Integrations:

- Integrate and test lead capture forms, WhatsApp chat widgets, CRM webhooks, and payment gateways.
- Verify tracking pixels and tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel.
- Monitor indexing status and fix crawl/coverage issues reported in Google Search Console.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience:



1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in visual web design paired with direct CMS site management.
- Core Design Stack: Proficient in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems) and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Technical Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of WordPress CMS and page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg / Divi).
- Clean understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design media queries, and basic PHP/JS troubleshooting.
- Hands-on familiarity with cPanel, DNS management, and hosting environments.
- Analytics & Performance: Experience working with Google Search Console, GA4, and Google PageSpeed tools.
- Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a portfolio with active, live website URLs designed and maintained by you (static Behance/Dribbble mockups alone will not be considered).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, Graphic/Digital Design, or equivalent practical industry portfolio).
