Position Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, mapping business processes to SAP and translating functional requirements into effective deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams, lead workshops, independently guide and mentor junior team members, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles.

We are currently hiring across five specialized SAP domains. Please review the positions and apply to the one that aligns with your specific profile and core expertise.

1. SAP CO/PC (Controlling & Product Costing)

- Core Focus: Delivering high-quality, scalable, and easy-to-maintain solutions in SAP Finance and Controlling to solve complex business problems.
- What You Will Do: Run blueprint workshops, map business processes to SAP, and handle hands-on configuration and design.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- 6+ years of consulting experience in implementation/rollout projects.
- Deep experience in SAP Controlling (CO) + Product Costing (PC) + Full Lifecycle Implementation.
- Strong configuration skills with S/4HANA.

2. SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

- Core Focus: Configuring warehouse scenarios, managing inbound/outbound processing, and managing code deployment across distributed environments.
- What You Will Do: Identify as-is/to-be processes, write functional specification/configuration documents, and handle output/wave management.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM.
- Proven experience with EWM Org Structure, Master Data, Internal Movements, and Warehouse Monitoring.
- Integration experience with ERP (Embedded EWM in S/4 is beneficial) and modules like PP/MM/Ariba.
- Mandatory experience combination: SAP EWM + Full Implementation + MM/

3. SAP MM (Materials Management)

- Core Focus: Delivering complex solutions across logistics, inventory management, and procurement sectors.
- What You Will Do: Handle Warehouse Management org structure design,



build stock placement/removal strategies, design test cases, and manage interfaces between MM inventory and warehouse environments.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM.
- Completed at least one implementation project on the most recent SAP version.
- Mandatory experience combination: SAP MM + S/4HANA Implementation + Ariba/EWM/Public Cloud/IS Retail/Logistics/WM.

4. SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

- Core Focus: Individually delivering high-quality technical objects, code, and improvements within the SAP BTP ecosystem.
- What You Will Do: Develop Fiori applications, write CAP/RAP models, perform unit testing, optimize performance tuning, and handle BTP debugging.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant implementation and engagement experience (including 23 end-to-end implementations).
- Technical expertise in Fiori (FreeStyle SAPUI5 / Fiori Elements), HTML5 Repository deployment, BAS (Business Application Studio), and MTA dependencies.
- Knowledge of BTP-to-S/4 connectivity (Cloud Connector, Destination/Connectivity service) and OAuth 2.0 (JWT, XSUAA).
- Educational Background: BE / B.Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc (CS) or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience combination: SAP BTP/ABAP + RAP Implementation.

5. SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

- Core Focus: Developing programs across all RICEFW components and process areas aligned with CMMI-certified standards.
- What You Will Do: Review functional specifications, write technical documents, translate requirements into productive code, and execute thorough technical unit testing.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD alongside specialized components (CS, VC, Vistex, Public Cloud, Settlement Management, or eATP).
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation projects (minimum 1 full-cycle technical involvement).
- Strong configuration skills in Sales, Deliveries, Transportation & Shipment, and Billing.
- Mandatory experience combination: SAP SD + S/4HANA Implementation + CS/VC/EATP/AATP/Public Cloud/IS-OIL/IS-RETAIL.
