Job Description:

- 810 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing
- Strong exposure to Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environment preferred
- Process vendor invoices and credit notes with high accuracy and within defined timelines
- Ensure adherence to productivity targets and daily output expectations
- Perform 3-way matching / validation checks as per process guidelines & resolve exceptions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
- Deliver in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistently achieve 100% quality standards with zero defects
- Maintain zero escalations through proactive issue resolution and ownership mindset
- Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Participate in periodic calls to understand business requirements and drive closure of queries
- Support dashboard reporting and performance tracking (optional)




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across AP processes
- Exposure to additional AP areas such as: Vendor Statement Reconciliation, Query Resolution & Quality Audit is an added advantage.
- Experience in transition/migration projects within Shared Services
- Ability to support cross-functional AP activities

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / Commerce Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA (Finance) – Preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage volumes under tight deadlines
- Quick learner with solid adaptability to process changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders
- Adaptable working in shifts (aligned to global operations)
- Willingness to take ownership of additional responsibilities / projects
