Role & responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Oversee industrial construction, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures, road construction, and infrastructure development.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and cost-control strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Review civil engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for estimation and procurement.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee landfill design and construction, including leachate management, landfill gas collection systems, and environmental compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and sustainable construction practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, engineers,



and contractual teams while driving performance and productivity.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise:

- PEB structures, road construction, and industrial construction experience is mandatory.
- Solid expertise in civil infrastructure, project planning, execution, budgeting, cost estimation, and BOQ.
- Experience in managing large-scale industrial and multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of landfill construction, waste management infrastructure, leachate management, and landfill gas collection systems.
- Understanding of construction quality, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of relevant project management experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
