Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems and business applications.
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, software and IT peripherals.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches and network connectivity.
- Maintain CCTV, access control and EPABX systems.
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 and other business applications, including Tally/ERP.
- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security and Windows updates to ensure system security.
- Monitor backup jobs, perform restore testing and maintain NAS/cloud backup systems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system records, warranties and AMC details.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance,



repairs and infrastructure-related issues.
- Support IT infrastructure upgrades, installations and new office/branch setup requirements.
- Travel to branch locations when required to provide technical support.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and end-user support skills
- Ability to manage IT issues independently
- Good coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Willingness to travel to branch locations whenever required
