We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate for the below-mentioned position.

Position Title: Deputy Manager/Manager Group finance

Location: Kolkata

Experience : 0-3 Years

Qualification : CA (first attempt)

Job Summary:

Support the CFO team on group-level financial reporting, planning and analysis, and special finance projects across the companys businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financials for the group
- Support the budgeting, forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
- Prepare MIS and management presentations for the CFO, Board and Audit Committee
- Do variance analysis (actual vs budget and vs last year) and explain key drivers




- Coordinate with business unit finance teams on data, closing and queries
- Support statutory audit, internal audit and limited review with the auditors
- Help with Ind AS compliance, accounting policy updates and technical accounting queries
- Support fund raising, lender reporting and bank compliance documents
- Assist in cash flow monitoring, working capital review and capex tracking
- Work on special projects such as M&A; due diligence, business case evaluation, and process improvement
- Help with finance automation and ERP / reporting tool improvements
