Job Title: Executive / Sr Executive - Pharma BD Support
Experience: 2 5 Years
Location: Shamirpet

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements for analytical testing, bioanalytical, and preclinical studies.
- Review client enquiries (RFPs/RFQs) and coordinate with technical teams to gather information.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
- Support the Business Development team in client follow-ups and discussions.
- Respond to client emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain proposal documents and records in shared folders.
- Update and maintain enquiry details in the LIMS/CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of proposals.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical research, analytical testing, or life sciences.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with different teams and coordinate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
