Role & responsibilities

- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Should have experience in static equipment design within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.) related to static equipment design.
- Proven experience in execution complex projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in engineering design software and tools (e.g., PVElite & Compress). Added advantage with candidate having Compress tool knowledge.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile





- To guarantee the quality of the generated mechanical calculations of pressure equipment and their compliance with the contractual and company standards, procedures and work instructions
- To keep him/herself up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline
- To check the engineering drawings and the relevant mechanical calculations of static equipment supplied by the Vendors.
- To coordinate the activities of the draftsmen charged to prepare the engineering drawings of each static equipment and transmit any necessary information.
- To provide for the compilation and issue of the summary sheets of the loads acting on the supports, fireproofing, insulation, painting and auxiliary structure weights of static equipment.
