1. As a SAP IS-U FICA Consultant, you will:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICA solutions for utility business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed functional specifications for SAP IS-U FICA projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
- Lead SAP IS-U FICA data migration activities, including legacy data mapping, cleansing, conversion, reconciliation, and cutover validation.
- Oversee the integration of SAP FICA with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FICA configuration, customization, and performance optimization.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery activities to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and project teams on SAP FICA functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security,



and data privacy requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business efficiency.
- Stay up to date with SAP FICA developments and industry trends to recommend suitable improvements.

2. What You Bring to the Table:
- 6+ years of overall professional experience in SAP consulting and implementation, preferably with strong SAP IS-U FICA expertise.

- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP FICA in the Utilities domain.
- Strong experience in SAP IS-U FICA implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Proven experience in the Utilities, Retail, and Customer Services domains.
- Hands-on experience leading SAP IS-U FICA data migration, including legacy data mapping, data cleansing, conversion, reconciliation, and cutover validation.
- Experience integrating SAP FICA with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U Utilities FICA BRF+ is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements within the utilities sector.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting end-to-end implementation activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

3. You Should Possess the Ability to:




- Translate complex business requirements into effective SAP IS-U FICA solutions.
- Lead SAP FICA implementation and data migration activities from planning through execution and validation.
- Analyze legacy data and manage data mapping, cleansing, conversion, and reconciliation processes.
- Identify integration challenges and coordinate solutions across SAP modules and external systems.
- Guide technical and functional teams in SAP FICA configuration and optimization.
- Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources while maintaining delivery quality.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, project teams, and end-users.
- Conduct workshops, provide functional guidance, and support knowledge transfer.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.
