Application / Production Support Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Mode of Work: 5 days Office with 24*7 shifts

interview process: 3 rounds(2nd round need to go Face to Face)

- Application / Production Support
- Batch Monitoring
- Production Issue Handling / Incident Management
- Understanding of SLI / SLO/ Error Budget/Burn Rate Concepts
- Splunk Queries and Dashboard Creation
- APM Tools
- Production Deployments (Blue-Green & Canary)
- Cloud Operations - Basic
- Windows Administration & Shell Scripting
- Automation Skills - Using GenAI for AI Assisted Operations like Using Copilot, Claud etc...for day to day tasks
