Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive/Analyst to support product supply operations, production monitoring, inventory verification, and tax-related documentation at our manufacturing site in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract Goods Receipt (GR) reports from SAP and prepare delivery challans using the prescribed format.
- Ensure all challans are prepared within 24 hours of goods receipt.
- Process approximately 25–30 challans daily with a high level of accuracy.
- Review GR data and identify discrepancies or abnormalities during challan preparation.
- Upload consolidated challan reports to the designated shared drive within the stipulated timeline.
- Monitor daily production activities and verify inventory status.
- Complete the prescribed daily production and goods receipt checklist.




- Communicate observations and non-compliance issues to the designated P&G; SPOCs.
- Follow established communication protocols while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of SAP operations and data extraction.
- Basic understanding of GST, taxation, and delivery challan documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to manufacturing, production, inventory, or supply chain operations is preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in taxation, GST documentation, accounts, or manufacturing operations.
- Ability to handle daily documentation volumes within strict deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work onsite at a manufacturing facility in Chennai.
