Operations Associate Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

Freshers to 2 years of experience dealing with customers.

Must have own laptop

Willingness to work from the office at Chaoni, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers)

6 days Work From Office: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Two daily office shifts:

7:00 AM 11:30 AM

4:00 PM 8:30 PM

Role Overview

The Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth appointment coordination between patients and doctors. Ensure timely patient-doctor connections, minimize unused doctor slots, and provide a smooth appointment and rescheduling experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Call patients who have booked appointments and ensure they connect with the doctor on time.

Follow up with patients in case of missed or delayed appointments.

Regularly check doctors' available slots and work towards utilizing them efficiently.

Review the RNR patient list and contact eligible patients for rescheduling on currently available slots.

Share suitable available slots with patients who request rescheduling and assist them in booking a new appointment.

Maintain accurate and timely updates of patient status, follow-ups, rescheduling, and appointment outcomes in the database.

Track pending cases and follow up until they are closed.





Escalate any patient concerns or appointment-related issues to the concerned team when required.

Desired Background-

Freshers to 1+ year experience in operations, customer handling, or support roles

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong customer focus with good convincing and problem-solving ability

Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment
