Location - Mumbai

Working Days - 5 day working with 2-week offs

(Rotational shifts including night shifts)

Budget - Max 8 LPA

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who has:

- Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Stay up to date on the latest learning trends and technologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
- Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset
- Robust written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
- Sharp eye for detail
- A strong eye for visual composition

Qualification:





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
- Preferred experience with developing learning solutions for a global audience and adjusting materials based on cultural needs, regional constraints, and localization or translation considerations.
- Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
- Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
- Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
